Providing the very best support to leaders seeking to change lives, start new ministries, and facilitate newly Christ-following Communities.
Board of Directors
Tom KingBridges Chairman of the Board
Tom King says:
“Over the years, I have participated in three church plants and multiple business startups. I have been drawn to the excitement, teamwork and creativity that flourish at the startup phase and have learned much about startup success and failure.”
Tom goes on to say,
“New worshiping communities are particularly vulnerable in the first few years. The early days are a minefield of limited resources, strained leadership, and great need.”
“The planter is required to be a charismatic leader, empathetic minister, disciplined administrator, financial genius, and competent entrepreneur. The planter may also be required to buoy the spirits of the people through tough times with little or no support. Entrepreneurial leaders need help and Bridges will be there with the resources they need.”
Tom is currently part of the management team of a solar system company in Southern California. He and his family are members of the La Cañada Presbyterian Church where he also serves on the Outreach Ministry Support Team.
