Meet Benjamin Fudge, a Bridges Staff Volunteer, serving as our Project Catalyst, which means he does … anything and everything. From admin and event support to strategizing and coordinating Bridge Leader services, Benjamin invests his passion and leadership skills at every level of Bridges.
Benjamin got connected with Bridges through his Bridge Leader wife, Susan, who runs the Growing Pains ministry for pregnant and new teen parents in the Inland Empire of Southern California. After retiring from his Assistant Principalship at a public elementary school, Benjamin was drawn into the Bridges’ mission after attending a Support Group Meeting and Training Conference.
When he’s not creating spreadsheets and securing Bridges’ presence at conferences, Benjamin loves to travel, is an avid runner, and adores his Goldendoodle, Chloe.
Benjamin is also an author. He wrote a beautiful children’s book following a mission trip to Honduras, called “Enrique Speaks with His Hands.” The story follows a little boy, born deaf, who is given a new lease on life through learning sign language. It is also the story of an amazing woman who works with deaf children in rural Honduras.
