So we are looking at April 12.

Nominally our worship service — which you are welcome to join — is from 10:30 to 11:30, but our new pastor has, so far, had a tendency to run over a bit. We’ll probably advertise the luncheon from 11:40 – 1:00, and even 11:40 could be slightly optimistic. I’d hope for about 30 people or so, including many of what I think of as the core pillars of the congregation. We usually encourage people to eat and chat for about 20 minutes, and then have the presentation for about 45 minutes (with time for Q&A at the end if possible). Generally many of those in attendance get a bit restless if things go on beyond 1:00.

Hopefully that will give you plenty of time to talk about your ministry philosophy, give some specific examples and anecdotes. Let me know if you’d like to do a slide presentation or a video (or both). We can have a computer that can be hooked up to the overhead projector and will take thumb drive.
