Mellanie Powell is the founder of Little Flower Birth Services, a Christ-centered, trauma-informed doula support and childbirth education service. Her own pregnancy experience in 2022, when she felt alone, anxious, and unsupported by standard hospital classes, became the foundation of her mission.

Through Little Flower Birth Services, Mellanie helps mothers and couples move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence instead of fear. Her approach combines practical warmth, professional guidance, faith-centered support, and data-driven education.

Mellanie’s goal is to help families feel protected, prepared, and peaceful during one of life’s most sacred transitions. She believes postpartum is not about “bouncing back,” but about building a safe and sacred sanctuary where a new family can truly thrive.
