For years, I have been focused on training leaders.
I discovered training leaders was more strategic than just trying to help people directly.
Then I realized that creating the platform and system to train leaders was even more strategic.
Together we are creating a cloud-based platform for leaders.
Together, we are empowering leaders to fulfill their God-given call to help others, make disciples, and form Christ-following communities.
And while I continue to be strategic, I find it thrilling to continue to do direct, relational ministry with people who don’t find church attractive.
