BRIDGES was there for me through a really dark time in my life

It wasn’t that long ago that a social worker removed 15-year-old Maria from her home, placing her in a group home with other teenagers in a new city. What was a very serious situation could have taken a dark turn, but that didn’t happen. Instead, Maria was able to reach out to Bridges for help.

Through Bridges, Maria secured a seat in an online Website Building class taught by Bridge Leader Mike Veerman.
